On December 1 - 4, the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, Spain played host to the fourth edition of the Lamborghini World Final, along with the sixth round of the three continental series - Europe, Asia and North America - of the Blancpain Super Trofeo. In the four exciting days of racing, an incredible show was put on by the almost sixty Huracán Super Trofeo cars on the track, where Dennis Lind was the undisputed ruler. Debuting in his first single-brand Lamborghini championship, the 23 year-old Dane grabbed the title not only of 2016 European champion in the Blancpain Super Trofeo, but also of 2016 Lamborghini world champion in the PRO class.

In the other categories, young Italians Andrea Fontana and Lorenzo Veglia were crowned PRO-AM world champions, while Adrian Amstutz of Switzerland and American Ross Chuest triumphed in the AM and Lamborghini Cup classes, respectively.

One of the dominating figures in the Lamborghini World Final in Valencia was Andrea Dovizioso. The official rider for the Ducati Team in the MotoGP took part in this automotive event behind the wheel of a Huracán Super Trofeo with livery by Centro Stile Lamborghini.  The car was fielded by Lamborghini Squadra Corse, the racing arm of Lamborghini.

Placed in the PRO-AM category, the Italian motorcyclist immediately proved to be remarkably fast on four wheels as well, as he first won his class in the Super Trofeo Europe race, and then took second place in the World Final.
